Find A
Residence.com Realty Editor is so easy to use that
just about anyone can add listings, upload images and
update their own "agents" homepage in just a
few minutes. Users easily log into the program and
create listings by entering a property's information
into a group of fields. (E.g. square feet, number of
bathrooms, etc). Once a user clicks save, the listing is
instantly updated to the website. Prospective buyers can
now view listings that match the criteria they are
searching for, and inquire about the property listing
they are interested in. The emails from prospective
buyers will be automatically sent to the Realtor, agent
or individual listed for that company.

Conditions:

from our staff, you must add and maintain at least
three valid property listings in your account in
order to keep your account active.

Outside of Virginia will be accepted.

Any
properties "For Sale by Owner" will be
asked to submit their property listings and images
to our staff for insertion. Access to the Realty
Editor program will not be provided.
